With over 98 million Americans having prediabetes, our Diabetes Prevention Program promotes a lifestyle change to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. This group coaching program is designed to discover ways to incorporate healthier eating, moderate physical activity, along with problem-solving / coping skills into your daily life. This program is based on research examining the effects of structured lifestyle change interventions, including weight loss of 5-7% body weight, reducing calories, and increasing physical activity.
