THe YOGA CLASS BLENDS TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA POSES WITH RELAXATION TECHNIQUES TO HELP MANAGE STRESS. THE OTHER MANY BENEFITS OF YOGA CAN HELP YOU REACH MAXIMUM HEALTH. THIS CLASS IS FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS - THE INSTRUCTOR ADJUSTS THE CLASS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER TAKEN A YOGA CLASS TO AN ADVANCED STUDENT. GIVE YOGA A TRY - YOU’LL BE HAPPY YOU DID!
