For those looking to find more fitness in their health and wellness journey. This class incorporates lower impact seated and standing exercises with a focus on balance, flexibility, and strength. A class for optimizing your daily wellness, function, and health.

THIS YOGA CLASS BLENDS TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA POSES WITH RELAXATION TECHNIQUES TO HELP MANAGE STRESS. THE OTHER MANY BENEFITS OF YOGA CAN HELP YOU REACH MAXIMUM HEALTH. THIS CLASS IS FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS - THE INSTRUCTOR ADJUSTS THE CLASS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER TAKEN A YOGA CLASS TO AN ADVANCED STUDENT. GIVE YOGA A TRY - YOU’LL BE HAPPY YOU DID!
